Sarah Settlement Agreement Solicitor

Qualified in 2003

Sarah qualified as a solicitor 20 years ago. Over 17 years of this time has been spent purely handling employment law matters including as a partner in a niche employment law firm.

During this period, she has acted for employees in some complex and high value cases. She has negotiated hundreds of settlement agreements for employees achieving an increased package in almost all cases. Sarah has also drafted such agreements for her employer clients so she has experience of negotiating on both sides. Typically, in any one week Sarah can have a number of settlements agreements in progress so you can rest assured that you have instructed someone who is not only vastly experienced and up to date but who will also fight your corner and seek to ensure your best interests are protected.

Sarah regularly blogs on employment law news which you can find in the news section on this site. She has also written or contributed to many articles on both employment law and practice management/business issues over the years including for The Sunday Telegraph newspaper and other local newspapers/magazines. She has also given an interview on BBC local radio. Sarah was part of the team that won the inaugural award from the Law Society “Excellence in Client Care” as well as previously winning Young Business Person of the Year for Lincolnshire.

Sarah joined Excello Law in June 2013 as a consultant solicitor and has continued to deal solely with employment law matters. She remains a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and also sits as a part-time Employment Judge in the Employment Tribunal. For more information about her career history you can look at her Linked In page.
